Apparently this is a c.1970 Dynamic, cal 565. The dial hands look very clean although I can't really tell if it is a redial. I am trying to find out more about it from the seller, but in the meantime does anyone have any thoughts on the dial or hands ? Thanks everyone.
I would expect the dial to have the Swiss label at the 6 hour mark. However, I do not know if that is the case for that dial.
There's a lot of redials with that model. I'm not really proficient with it though. I think Desmond wrote something about them.
Good point. Looking closely at the pic I can make out " T Swiss Made T " in black lettering - the resolution isn't that great so it isn't obvious. Judging by pictures of others for that dial that is the correct colour and positioning. Although I have found pics of others without the Swiss lettering, the T Swiss marking is common for the period that this is supposed to be. The seller is checking the serial no for me. It seems to check out ok so far.
Found this guide to Dynamics & authentication tips on the Internet & am posting it here for general information. It's very useful http://199.91.153.202/hn56bb31lc3g/knazxmyqdzd/Omega+Geneve+Dynamic+I+.pdf
