I've been umming and arring whether to keep this one as I'm not a fan of Speedies on bracelets. Not sure why, I just much prefer a leather strap with them.

I've decided to give this one more chance and thought I'd ask here to see if any other owners have got theirs on straps and if so, what did you go for? Because of the blue dial and white sub-dials, I don't really think a strap would suit it but I'd like to be proven wrong!

I'd go for a blue croc or shark strap with either red or white stitching.

Not sure I'd be a fan of that... too much blue I think. It looks surprising good on a brown croc strap I think? Not a proper Gemini but has the dial.

I find blue dial watches hard to coordinate straps with. A nice blue or black alligator / rubber is probably the only thing that I would wear that one with. Browns don't really work in my opinion. A dark red would work, but I usually get bored of red straps quickly. White would get dirty and stands out a bit too much.
I have a blue seamaster in the permanent collection and I've tried about everything you can think of. In the end, I went back to the original blue rubber strap.

I currently wear mine on a blue Jean Rousseau coated nylon NATO - it was for sale second-hand and I thought it'd be cool. It's all right, though I think the watch looks a little better on the cheap navy leather strap I had beforehand.

The right brown works well I've found. The trick is the correct brown.

Thanks guys. Think I might hunt down a nice brown leather strap as well as a blue NATO.

This strap-matching dilemma is making me a tiny, tiny, tiny bit less jealous not to own one :p

Dibs on all of your watches :whistling:

Love the material, but all straps should be tapered!!

Not the biggest fan, for the following reasons:
-Shade of brown is a little too dark IMO. The white dials and saturated blue beg for a lighter brown, maybe even closer to dark honey color. The Omega Barenia would have matched perfectly IMO, with the contrast stitching matching the contrast dials:
-Never been a big fan of dark ostrich pattern straps since at first glance the follicle spots can appear to be stains. On brighter hues the spots show more detail and variation, thus announcing the material choice.
-As @Cad290 stated the strap really needs to be tapered more. It looks like it's a straight 20/20, while a 20/18 or even better a 20/16 would complement the case design.

But who cares what anyone else thinks, if you like it wear it all day and f*ck the commentariat!

Not usually a fan of blue on blue, but in this instance I agree that looks beautiful. Nicest Gemini strap choice I've seen, perfect.

If you can't find a strap, I've got a wrist it would work on... :D

You should wear a light blue, black or grey perlon strap. It is very comfortable, very resistant, quite elegant and sporty (much more elegant than a nato strap actually) and it cost c.15 USD only. Besides, it adjust to your wrist (which is not the case of a nato).
