This one closes a hole in my collection. Very difficult locating these Gallet Calendar watches in this condition. From my experience, most have been rode hard and put up wet. Add a very low production and the opportunities are few.

The aging lacquer on the dial is the only tell that points to a vintage watch. Such a classic layout. 38mm including the crown. Valjoux 72c. My watchmaker said the internals were in top shape, needing only COA. Accurate as H ::censored::.

Thanks to this an other forums for great pictures and great information.....and the willingness to share knowledge with us relatively new collectors.

Love it! Only thing that stopped me from getting one was the size (at 35mm), but it looks like it wears really well!

    Thank you,

My wrist is larger than average, and I find it sits extremely well with the lug design and pushers. I posted my Gallet EP4 on another thread, it is 40mm including the crown. Hard pressed guessing one is 2mm smaller.
