May I ask for your help? I m not very experienced in Omegas. A friend of mine considers to sell his pie pan Ref: 14902 62
It is a nice full set. Can you give me an indication what could be a fair price for both seller and buyer? I would really appreciate the experience and help of the members here! Thank you in advance!

Please could you provide sharper pics of the dial fonts?
Do the hands still contain their original lume infill?
Also would be interested to know the movement number if you can disclose?

Here are some past sales on OF.

You see very few 14902’s with ‘officially certified’ on the dial however all the above seem to have it. I ask about the serial number because I would expect it to be in the mid to late 19 millions.
As you are probably aware original black dials command a premium over the more common examples.
It does appear to be in lovely condition but clearer photos would definitely help.

Here with a little colour correction.

I like it. The case and black dial look good, although the bezel looks to be not so sharp as the rest. Nice thin crown and together with its (matching?) box/papers...it must be around €2K, maybe a little more, €2.25K

Keep in mind these were sold a couple of years ago. I would say prices are higher now. I'm not sure what the experience of OF is but I'm on the hunt like two hours a day for omega's and rarely you see a black dial original connie in ok or good condition. In the last years I saw a couple... So - although I'm not a gold markers and hands kind of guy - I would jump on this if I had the money. After checking the serial, etc of course...

Yes agreed, black dialled Connies on eBay seem to be fetching silly money these days.
There are a couple of 168.005’s on eBay at the moment which I am sure you are already following. Not as nice as OP’s but still expect them to go quite high.
