yours is (I think) only the second dial like this to show up on OF
the model will be a 14900 or 167.005 with a cal 551 inside - you'll need to open it up to be sure and date it more accurately
as to value, difficult to say, not a great deal -a few hundred £s perhaps?
the watch and dial aren't in particular good condition I'm afraid - gold cap., soft case, worn medallion and replacement crown
worth restoring - definitely if you are going to wear it
a service, gently cleaning, new crystal and new crown (assuming no movt parts you're looking at around £300) and you'll have a very unusual and wearable watch.
