·I bought this watch as a non-runner in need of quite a bit of work and attention and I'm very happy with how it turned out given that I'm not a professional watchmaker. It has been serviced at the beginning of the year and everything functions as it should. Time accuracy is good. (under 30 seconds error per 24 hours)
The crystal has been slightly polished and looks like new. (some small hairline cracks can be seen if you close-up with a loupe)
The movement has been completely disassembled, cleaned and lubed and the case has been slightly polished on the front and sides but only a bit so that it wouldn't get that fake "brand new" mirror polish. A few small marks visible only up close.
One pusher button was missing so I had to install a pair of new ones (identical to the old ones).
The brand new lizard skin (allegedly) strap isn't as good quality as I expected so consider it a presentation strap.
- 40mm width (excl. crown and pushers) / 42mm length / 13.4mm thick / 20mm lugs
- Swiss Valjoux 7734 manual-wind chronograph movement (17 jewels, incabloc)
- domed acrylic crystal / screw-in case back / push-pull crown / 45h power reserve
Change the date by setting the hands past 12 o'clock, then back to about 7 o'clock and again past 12 o'clock.
Top pusher button starts/stops the chrono function, bottom one resets back to 0.
I'm asking 400 USD via Paypal and tracked shipping is included (EU shipping only).
As far as trading goes make me an offer and I'll let you know if I'm interested. Can be modern or vintage. Ideally Swiss but I might accept something else if it's a good quality watch. I also like to tinker with watches so keep that in mind if you have something nice and interesting that needs some care. (for trades I can only accept parcels from the EU due to customs regulations on my part; watch is shipped from Romania)
