·For sale is my 1960s Wittnauer Super Compressor. This watch is all original, in outstanding condition, and is running well. It is rare to find a Wittnauer with all original components, as this watch does, including the cyclops over the date window and signed crowns with crosshatch design. This model also features a push date function on the lower crown.
This is a great watch that I have enjoyed owning for about a year and half, but I’ve never “bonded” with it, so I’m making it available to someone who will really enjoy it fully. I have not serviced the watch, and I don’t know the service history, but it is in good working order as noted. The case shows signs of wear as you would expect with a watch of this age, but no major dents or dings exist. The acrylic crystal is in very good condition with no major marks. The hands and dial markings are all in tact and feature a beautiful patina.
The watch comes head only, with no box or papers, Please note that the pictures included show the watch on a strap that will not be included.
