For sale - Vintage Omega. Very little is known about this watch except it was owned by my Grandmother. Following her passing we found it in the bottom of her handbag. It is truly in mint condition but we do not have the box or papers. It was serviced per receipt in 1996 and had not been worn since. Hi Graham, You've actually got some useful information on the invoice - 7115529 is the model reference, and 620 is the calibre/movement. A bit of a google gives you some further information and might help with your sale. Best Chris
