Offered (reluctantly) for sale is this fantastic Omega Geneve Chronometer. These do not come up for sale very often which isn't surprising as a number of sources have production of this model limited to approximately 4000 pieces. Case: solid 18k gold unishell or monocoque case. Correct hallmarks on the inside of the case and lug (pictured). Small stain on back of case which I wasn't able to remove with a wet cloth but very likely something that can be cleaned or polished off. Movement: 17 jewel manually wound cal. 602. Chronometer certified. Apologies for the poor quality photos of the movement. These were taken at the watchmaker's shop prior to servicing. Oftentimes, listings for these watches won't have pictures of the movement given the unishell/front-loading case. Serial number: 27,xxx,xxx - dating this particular watch to ~1969 Reference number: 137.001 Dial: original, unrestored sunburst dial that is in fantastic condition. A number of macro photos have been included to show the extremely well preserved condition. Crystal: recently replaced with the correct, Omega signed crystal. Crown: Omega signed Service: locally serviced in November 2017 by a watchmaker who spent the first 15 years of his career (late 60s - early 80s) working at an Omega factory. Size: Just over 35.5mm with the crown. The watch is paired with a brand new plain brown leather strap. Watch and I are located in Vancouver, BC. Shipping with tracking number to Canada and CONUS are included in the sale price. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days. Cost of shipping to other locations can be discussed. Returns only if grossly misrepresented. References: I've had one smooth transaction as a seller on OF and a handful as seller on eBay.
