Finally up for sale is this true Gem of a watch.
Worn hard and will give you goosebumps with all the adventure this watch has had.
Your wrist will never be the same.

Want to show those desk diver types at the office who is not a couch potato.... Boom

Snoopyish style blue bezel that everyone is looking for nowadays.

Sold head only ( I know but the NATO means a lot to me so that will be extra and I know it annoyed someone here a few weeks ago )

Runs well but I don’t really tell the time with it as time doesn’t exist where I live.

Picked our first pineapple wearing this watch

Recently Serviced about 5 years ago by @JimInOz ( was free but I have included the extra $400 for a bottle of scotch for him that I never sent him )

Hands have been relumed.
Case has never been polished. Probably eroded by life would be a better term to explain the case
Bezel has a scratch at 40 but very hard to notice
Dial replaced with a NOS one hence the listing as NOS
Crystal is see through

Picture before it was serviced

Again this has been my good luck charm for years resulting in several memorable fish being caught while this was strapped to my wrist

Now for the price. I have taken in all the experiences I have had with this watch and the current price of the Snoopy 3 on chrono 24 to come up with below. ( not forgetting the $400 for the $100 bottle of scotch I owe Jim and postage to Melbourne by a courier that doesn’t drink which is hard to find in Darwin )

$28,400.00US net to me.
Would prefer face to face locally but will ship at buyers expense.

References galore if you need them
Just PM

Are you open to trades?

Throw in a little cash plus your watch for this more accurate movement with ghost bezel and rare "Kermit" green script.

There are a lot of fake dials but you can tell this is real because the Quartz line starts in the middle of the S in Seiko.

If only it had its box and papers 🤔

Guilty of not reading all the pages.

Sentence
5 push ups

OK, fair enough. I could have read through all 10 pages (again) but I was too busy reading threads about tight Speedmaster crowns, how much to wind the crown, whether a watch is too big for a wrist, scratches on crystals, and the like...

I’ll skim the pages while doing my push ups 😎

I don't see the Seiko in the fish picture, and that does look like Buzz Aldrin's arm, so I think the association is marginal at best.

I'll trade you a bucket of toads for it, but only if you can prove its a redial.

I'm serious, I have the toads!

Those are obviously redialed frogs. You can tell by looking at the arse on the one at 9 o'clock, which was clearly waterproofed on the original.

I will admit that some... a few... of the toads are redials, but I live in the city, so the only way to get a steady supply of toads is to import them from outside the region, which as you know is quite illegal here in Canada, where the toad is considered an endangered species and is protected almost as carefully as our national bird, the mosquito.

You call those wimpy little Joisie bug mosquitos?

up here it isn’t qualified as a proper mossie until its big enough to paint the registration numbers on the wings.

bigger ones are used to haul freight up north when it isn’t snowmobile season, which is about two weeks near the end of July.

Going out on a limb here. I am prepared to offer two bowls of Pho and a case of Saigon Special but the watch must be hand delivered😁
