This one was serviced less than one year ago at LAWW (ask a vintageRolex guy if you are not familiar with them). Functioning perfectly but have not yet timed it. Some crazing on the old, original crystal. Seen on photos, but not visualized while on the wrist. The red chrono hand may have been repainted. I say this because it looks a bit lumpy under high power loupe. Case appears unpolished and midcase and caseback have matching numbers. Some minor corrosion on caseback and midcase near pushers and crown. Dial is lovely with even and homogenous patina (dots of oxidation) across the surface. All scratches are on crystal. Besides the aforementioned patination the surface is otherwise flawless. This is a beautiful piece and, as always, my photos outline flaws and don't do justice to it's true appearance. The service cost was $900 (!) and I have factored this in to the purchase price. I prefer a US sale, but may consider an overseas deal. Fedex/ParcelPro shipping to lower 48 is on me. Reconsidering the price on this one....I think a tad on the high side so am lowering it to $5000 ONRO
Very nice and collectible piece, not easy to find with all correct and original parts (hands, pushers, crown, etc.).
This is killing me guys! This is the holy grail of Mido’s- one of the coolest watches ever made. Please someone buy this since I can’t!
