Dial, hands and Internal tachymeter scale in excellent/mint condition and crystal was replaced at last service. Should be Waterproof but it is untested and (not guaranteed will need to be tested).

Signed Heuer all over as expected (dial, crown, back, movement). Chronongraph works and resets perfectly.
