This is a beauty and sports a Caliber 344 Bumper automatic movement. A joy to wear as you can feel the bumper rotor bump back and forth which reminds you of this watches heartbeat and heritage. The watch is sometimes referred to as the Cioccolatone, which gets it's moniker because its size resembled a piece of chocolate =) It’s in impeccable condition with or without considering its age. The yellow gold case is accented with nice styled lugs and measures approx 34mm in diameter and 41mm lug to lug. The serial #1399XXX places production circa 1953. This is all in original condition except for the dial which over the years has been professionally touched up and the crystal which is still consistent with era. Clearly visible is the matching caseback and movement serial numbers (blurred out for privacy). The condition really is a marvel as it’s been sitting in a drawer along with a number of other vintage pieces for the past few decades. It has just been serviced by an Authorized Omega service center and keeps excellent time. Complimenting the watch and included is a brown crocodile strap closely matching the 1950’s originally issued Omega strap.
