His number on the listing is out of service
He wants to charge taxes to local buyers since he claims he is a business
Wont provide address or business name
Wont provide a working number, he says the only way to contact him is WhatsApp
No feed back as a seller
He is selling out of Canada but has very broken English in his correspondence
