So back again with another question.

I've been strolling through a vintage book shop in my city and the guy has some trinkets on offer. Between them this little watch, I doubt it's even 2.5cm across.
Swears it was a gents watch at the time. I've had 0 luck locating the watch in the Omega Archives or finding any info about it.
Perhaps someone here can help? Service history unknown... I'm still on the hunt for a clute lil Omega for my GF and this could kind of fit the bill but I want to give her something that's authentic and will last, not a cobbled together watch.

Thanks!

Just looked it up by ref # and got a couple hits, 28mm, 1966- the other is saw was 18k. It’s a formal men’s dress watch, appropriate for size of the period. Should be on a croc or reptile strap- would be a stunner under double-cuffs. If you do get it note how short the lug-to-lug distance is and account for that when ordering the appropriate strap length.
Your GF bracelet would be more appropriate on the sportier 30/40’s rectangular cases I would think.

The GF part was Girlfriend not Gay Freres should have written it from the get go 😁 sorry for that. I forget to switch back and forth from my "normal" and WIS self and end up making a confusion more times than one would like to admit.

Well, this would be a spectacular watch for a woman if she digs the square case shape.
