hey guys I recently found my grandfathers old watch that's supposedly an omega, it needs a clean as he was a builder by trade but I would love to get the battery replaced and start wearing it but I wanted to know if it was a genuine. If anyone could help me out with their knowledge I would very much appreciate it!

Don't waste the film just smash it. Then smash it again. Let others take a few whacks at it.
