Found ladies watch

Hi. I'm new to this forum but just wanted to find out if there's such a thing as a list of lost or stolen Omega watches? I found one while out one night but no one has claimed on local lost and found social media pages. I'm not interested in trying to sell it (not at this stage anyway). Jeweller has confirmed it's genuine but I'd like to try & find the owner. (I'm in the UK). Thanks.

There are a few different sites like https://www.thewatchregister.com/ https://www.mystolenwatch.com/ and https://www.stolenwatch.ch/database/

But if its misplaced and found rather than stolen it might be best just trying to search locally or via the local police

Could also try a boutique? I'm not sure how much info they keep tied to a serial number (aside from warranty date and sale location) but worth a shot.
