Thought we’d try home made pizza this year. Wow what a difference! And at last I’ve found a use for the
Speedy 😀

Thanks! I think we’re getting there now but still a lot to learn.
After quite a bit of research I went with the ‘Koda 12’ which is gas powered. Perhaps not quite as authentic but for speed and convenience I’m very happy, plus it’s ready to cook in about 15mins.

Clean up is a breeze just set to high heat for about 10min and you’re done.

Naan breads and tandoori chicken next i think.

Have been thinking about one of these for what feels like ages, and if we ever do pull the trigger, we’d do gas as well for sure. Naan sounds like it would be awesome!

Had a coworker who did a Weber conversion to pizza oven, which I applaud for all the DIY stuff, but Ooni has always looked very impressive and “turn key” easy.

My wife had been looking at pizza ovens for some time and deciding whether to take the plunge not knowing if we’d really make use of it.
We looked at ‘cheaper’ alternatives but the Ooni seemed to be well regarded and it’s clearly a well built product.
Having now used it for a couple of weeks it’s super convenient and the results are amazing. I can’t see us ever going for shop pizza ever again! 👍

Buddy has a wood pellet powered version with a removable chimney. It's billed as a camping/traveling version. It's amazing. Pizzas are cooked in seconds. They're not huge 16" pizzas but it's pretty awesome.
