A question to the forum developers (@Trev ?) : is there anything on the roadmap to push the forum alerts into mac Notifications (if the user agrees to) ?

I am used to get OS built-in notifications from the websites I'd like to (ebay for example), would be happy to have the same from ΩF

Don't know how complicated it is to code, I assume nothing more complicated than a RSS feed ?

 

The client side needs a service worker to show notifications, but given the functionality on the site (e.g. that it already asynchronously displays new notification alerts) I suspect the data architecture is available. If anyone wants implementation tips, feel free to ping me.
