I've been looking for months for a Jaeger Lecoultre 145.8.89 and am expanding my range. I can't find adequate translations on the web.... is this available? Or is it the history of a past auction? http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g130096268 It seems to be going for about $2,000, which is about what I'd be willing to spend.
Google Chrome has a decent Japanese translator built in. I'd say you'd understand about 90% of the listing, but there are some horological words that just don't translate correctly. Unfortunately, it isn't done through a separate website, so I can't post a link. gatorcpa
The translation for whether or not he accepts international bidders is:"Does not correspond" I suppose that means he doesn't accept them?
Well, at the least, Google Chrome assures us that "There is a sleek look, and windshield is clean. ". When do these watches date from? Early 90's? Just curious.
That's how I would read it. The wire transfers show only Japanese banks accepted. In the postage section, there is no mention of international shipping. Doesn't seem very foreigner frendly. gatorcpa
