I came across this video on the suggested section when opening YouTube. The author for sure has lots of accolades for this particular model - enjoy!

 

IMHO These are the absolute best high quality time piece, day in and day out, for the bucks.
Wear it all day to work then come home take a dip in the pool then shower, put on a suit on and go out for the evening.

Slip of the tongue or RC Tritec really was involved in tritium application on Milsub?

Me neither is an expert in Milsub.. nor in Rolex history..
RC Tritec AG was founded in 1934, so it is possible they supplied a luminous tritium compounds for Rolex

I know this write-up about the Rolex lume, but can't see there a black or white answer.

 

Can’t beat it - I’m glad I’ve kept mine. It is a do it all watch and that lume is in a league of its own.
