The 560 links to shallow. In my pic below I have installed 617 links and a 560 link next to it so you can see difference.

Very strange. I had my FOIS on the same combination of end links and bracelet and the fit was perfectly fine. Maybe the 1125 is available in different widths?

Thanks, but I don’t think the trouble come from endlink.
Without I have the same issue.

    That’s the question.
Mine is more than 19mm width.
Somebody told me, it could be a 1171 with a 1125 clasp.

    Maybe. :(

Wow I was considering getting the Professional Moonwatch, but I might have to make a change after seeing the FOIS on a Bead of Rice bracelet. That's one of the slickest watches I've ever seen.

    Maybe. :([/QUOTE]

makes sense to me as 1171 is intended to fit the 20mm speedy pro lugs.
Maybe filing it down a bit would be a solution?

I have both 1171 and 1125s and the latter is definitely ~ 1mm narrower. I think you are right in that you have a 1125 clasp with wider 1171 fixed link pieces. My 1175 fits the straight lug case fine. You could try a curved are to move the wider section out but you don’t want to run the rock of a bar slipping out or snapping.

I also tried the FOIS on 1035 with No 6 end links. Great combination and fit!

In this forum I got 3 offers (I had WTB thread) for 1125 bracelet for 300-400USD. I bought brand new 617 end links for 100+ EUR (available in OB).

Thanks. Did you already mesure with a calipers ?
    Mine have 19,3 width.

Was my first think. But I do not feel comfortable to file a vintage Omega Bracelet. :D

But considering that it's already a haked bracelet, it may end up like that.

Thanks for your help guys. ;)

I will do so and report. As per my later addition above, consider curved spring bars.

If I enjoyed bracelets , the 1125 would definitely be my choice but...look at @Risto 's beauty ::love:: I love leather on Speedmasters

Not much you can mess up if you are very careful as the finish of the bracelet is brushed anyways.
Still, I would recommend to let a professional watchmaker do the trick for you

Your suspicions are correct. 1171 is 19.98mm, 1125 is only 18.98mm. Proof of life pic below

Thank you very much padders. Mine is 19,3. Already filed maybe.
I wanted to test spring bars of 1.5 and curved was an option but in any case, it does not regulate the fact that the bracelet will rub and damage the lugs.
All my watch with metal bracelet have bracelet thiner than the gap between lugs:
    Rolex 16750 20,0 between lugs - 19,7 links
    Seiko SARG009 20,00 between lugs - 17,75 links

I'm going on vacation for 2 weeks, so nothing will happen during this period, but I will let you know. Thanks again for your help.

I would not recommend wearing it. Even if the spring bars change the fit you probably end up with scratched/damaged lugs

Fully agree. I will let the watch with leather until I find a solution.

padders, could you confirm the small links on the middle are same width on both ?

And I can almost do the same picture than you :

It seems the removable links on the 1125 are 15mm, the clasp is ~16mm wide. On the 1171 they are 16mm with a circa 17mm wide clasp. Quite different in fact. It may be relevant that both bracelets have been made for decades and there may be variation. My 1171/1 has pins, the earliest 1171s used screws. It’s still old though, circa 1980 maybe.

Edit I misunderstood you, will try to measure the centre links. Centre link on both comes in at just under 10mm. The 1171 seems to be 9.5mm the 1125 fractionally bigger at 9.6mm, sample variation probably.

Yes I was talking about the small bended part.
Because I saw some seller selling additional link saying compatible 1125/1171.

Mine smalls are 14 mm width.

Weird! So there are 14,15,16mm out there. It’s a minefield.
