    Hi All,
I've finished my first flightmaster case resto, was a good challenge! Got the watch put back together today so here's some quick phone pics just for fun. At the end is a cal 910 I've just received as well. It's there to prove that I don't HAVE to refinish every watch :)

Keep that 145.013 as it is. Not every flightmaster needs to look like it just left the factory, yours have some great patina and battle scars.

Yes agreed the 145.013 will stay as it is, I'm wearing it right now actually. Had to change the crystal though (it's already been done in that pic) as it was impossible to see the dial through it and changed the GMT crown which was broken internally.

Of course the people who have seen me wearing it today wondered why I'd bother with something that looks this "bad"...... non watch people don't get this look which is one of the reasons there will always be a place for restored pieces.

The 145.026 is still wearing its original tritium dial, hour, minute, small seconds and GMT hands, bezel ring, pushers and crown. So it's not exactly the "factory fresh" look.
