looking to do a trade for a watch with a seller on eBay. Anyone got any ideas on value? Haven't seen any for sale in ages.
Well it may be, however we are into rare air, so rare that only the fat birds can fly in it. (ironically) What I mean is that this might be $300, or $1000. If it were mine I would not sell it because I have not see another, and this looks like in good condition. It might add $500 to an 'ordinary' flightmaster, but how much would it add to an exceptional one, or even one of the gold ones. If you had a gold flightmaster then spending $1000 on this is nothing. So if you got two Gold Flight owners fighting why would they stop at $1000? Put this is in an auction, and it might go bananas.
Set for the 911 went for £157 - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rare-Orig...lots-Booklet-Manual-Calibre-911-/332039398221Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
That's what I meant, sorry William, the set of instructions for the 911, I can't find the set that sold for the 910. That set looks absolute mustard.
I wouldn't trade it until you find something decent for yourself. I kept some boxes and hope one day I can afford of find a watch that fits the box.
I'm a box geek too and wouldn't sell that. Even the "You And Your Omega" Booklet is super hard to find that particular issue. A Speedy crater box missing the inside tray recently sold for $1000.
The watch I'm looking at I've valued about £600. I'm kinda thinking I'll buy it cash and keep the b+p. Even though there just sitting in a draw it looks like money in the bank.
