Hi everybody.

I wish you an happy new year.

I'm located in France and i'm sorry for my poor english.

I need to service a 105.012-66.

Original flat feet crown is lost.

Do you think a service crown affect the value of the watch ? Or i should find an original crown (not easy) ?

Thanks

An original watch will command a premium over one with service parts, such as the crown, all other variables being equal.

That said, the crown is a service part and along with the crystal has the least impact on value. Probably a couple of hundred.

You could find a correct crown here on the Forum (watch parts for sale), they come up quite often....

And...errhhh..pictures please of the watch?

Service crown will improve water resistance, however if pushers are old this may not make a big difference.
