It's about 25 years since I started collecting watches with multiple overseas purchases, and I am pleased to say that without doubt, Neil (ie 'Flame') is one of the best sellers, if not the best, that I had the good fortune of dealing with. His watch advert was precise and complete, communications was timely and responsive, he packed the watch as if he was the one receiving a grail, and he took extra effort and care to follow up on its safe delivery. If only all overseas deals could be as smooth and straightforward as this.
