Fixing a broken 1998/849 clasp insert?

The clasp itself is fine, but I've damaged the clasp insert pin and the spring that attaches the insert to the main clasp. It's bizarre that OMEGA doesn't sell these replacement parts --they are fairly weak and not that difficult to damage. Would a watchmaker be able to cobble together a few pins to fix this, or do I have no choice but to buy a new clasp?

I think you need something like this, these are friction rivet pins.

Those ones seem very expensive but the pins are actually very cheap to buy and maybe a watchmaker would have a selection available to do the job.

What about the spring pin that attaches the folding insert to the clasp?

It needs to be the same thickness as the other pin but long enough with a spring.

Is the other pin just a regular link pin and tube?
