Omega Speedmaster 105.003-65 SN228296xx Hands might be an early service replacement as the lume is not quite as dark as the plots. Other that that it looks good to me, opinions? I am curious about the bezel. We are all so certain that the bezel on a -65 should be a DO90 This bezel looks like a more modern design, but with wear commensurate with age. If I compare the lume of the hands, with the plots and I don't see a big difference. The hands are very white and that throws my eye. I have seen this in several examples from this era. Though of course I cannot confirm originality, but I felt they looked original. These photos are nice, and I like the dial.
Great patina on the dial. The lume in the hands and hour markers can age to slightly different shades so the hands may be original.
Spacefruit: The more i look at the hands vs the plots, the more i think they are original. The color is not consistent but shades of brown/beige on the hands and plots. There are sections of the hands that are as dark as the plots. The bezel is DO90. John: Watch is serviced, so that saved me some time and money I notice that the counter sinks on the subdials are a little more rounded than later dials.
