First Vintage Omega

Good evening,

I took the plunge on my first vintage Omega. I’m hoping it will be as nice in person as the pics. Any thing you would address with watch besides a new strap? Also, recommendations for a watchmaker to service the watch in the US?

Rusty at The Antique Watch Company has serviced two of my vintage pieces. As I think is the case with most good watchmakers, his backlog is a few months, but the work quality is excellent.

Very nice watch. Well done.

The movement is very clean and the old yellow case seal has been replaced in the past indicating it has been serviced at some point. I think I personally would be tempted to wear it for a couple of days and see how it performs before rushing out for a service.
