    Hi ,

This is my first post on ΩF.As a newbie, looking for help from experts on few doubts that i have (might be lame, but better to ask than being an ignorant fool).

I am planning to buy an Omega Dynamic Geneve.reading through posts about Dynamic and article from Desmond have been really helpful. https://omegaforums.net/attachments/omega-geneve-dynamic-i-pdf.459/

    1. Should i be concerned about condition of movement for this one

+1. Not a dynamics expert but that movement has been neglected and then raises alarm bells about the originality of the far better condition dial.

check out the sale forums here, and if nothing watchrecon at least aggregates sellers from forums so you are more likely to be buying from a collector....

now thinking whether to buy it or not,
as @Mothra said condition of movement and dial seems to be mismatch . Thanks guys , this really helps .
Looks like i am in this for long haul and will keep an eye out on watchrecon as well.

I would pass on that one - when you start looking at new replacement parts for these movements you can easily run into several hundred dollars in parts...

Not trying to hijack the thread, mine has stopped working. The Crown winds but it doesn't run. If I move the hands the second hand will go for a few seconds
Any ideas as to the problem ?

Is this the same watch with the one from the Ebay link? The movement on the posted one is dirty the eBay one is clean.
