Looking for a GMT watch can I please ask for your opinions on this one from any owners or just general watch guys

 

I know nothing about this watch specifically, but the opinion I can give you is that it is definitely a great looking watch. ☺

Is it a good entry level Omega with no issues in the movement and please forgive the ignorance but the small numbers on the dial is this what you use to set the GMT hand

Yes the smaller 1-24 markers are for the inner GMT 24 hand that can be set independently of the hour hand.
