Why red thread on the inside of the strap where it can't be seen? It would look cool on the outside.

Maybe they did it knowing one of us nerds here would see it and give it an early critique so they could make a few design corrections. :p

C'mon guys, we ain't dealin' with Casios here. Imagine how many Invictas you could buy during the Sunday Run with the money you spent on your last modern Omega purchase alone. ;)

Of course, one Omega would outlast a whole drawer full of Invictas even if they're lifespans were added together consecutively, but that's another story. :D

Of course, Its just difficult to put a price on it is what i was saying. Look at the Apollo Soyuz UK price was £5800 US price was $9800 so to put a price on a new model is a tough one.

I own the 9300 speedmaster and love it. I think this is a cut above and would consider buying one.

Interesting, I could have sword the indicies were yellow gold, I actually didn't like that and was hoping they were white gold like this. Awesome piece, it has evil written all over it.

As Mike says the Cal 9300 is something rather special, unique unique subdial layout, impressive power reserve, you can tell just how much engineering Omega and the rest of the Swatch group brought to it. The fact that Mike owns one says a lot too, there aren't that many modern watches of any description he considers worth buying.

yeah I think the same. I'm not a massive fan black watches that's why I sold my Corum Admirals Cup Deep Hull 48mm it was just a touch big for my wrist, the Dark Side has got me though!

I think this marks the first limited edition or themed watch based on the Cal 9300 too, the PO LM Chrono is still a full production piece rather than an LE

I think this might be a limited production as they produce it depending on supply like the moon mars speedmaster but yeah not a limited edition from what I see. Could be very well a popular watch.

The Kevlar strap is a good call too, saves the worry of having a PVD bracelet clasp scraping on your aluminium MacBook Pro palmrest

Actually looks a bit similar to the sail cloth strap used on Blancpajn Fifty Fathoms' (also Swatch Group owned)
