Looking forward to seeing the movie, I always look out for watches in movies or tv, watched Die Hard 2 the other day and noticed all the old Tag Heuers.

Make sure you don't sit in the front — there's quite a bit of shaking and that can give you motion sickness if you're not well-adjusted to it.

Same here. Still debating the strap though. Velcro or bracelet.

Velcro, bracelet, and the classic astronaut bracelet are present in the film.

Saw it over the weekend, and it was a good movie. Maybe not done in the style that many would expect, but well done certainly.

I thought it was a decent movie and Omega had a big presence in it.

Saw it with my wife taught. She even agreed to wear my Apollo 11 35th anniversary mod to accompany my Ultraman. When we got to the theatre, she held out her arm for the selfie before I even got a chance to ask.

As we were leaving, she said something to the effect of not understanding why the astronauts would prioritize space over their families, and the said “I guess we had to go see it because they had nice taste in watches, or something...”. She was being sarcastic and humorous, but also a bit truthful I think. Made me smile that she made the effort to go with me!

Before the show, “it’s heavy!” she said...

She put her arm out first... awwww...

@gostang9 You already have your Christmas tree up?

I also have a modded 35th. My wife wants nothing to do with watches :(

Halloween decorations come down Nov 1st, Christmas items go up Nov 1-2... (Canadian Thanksgiving is celebrated early October, so my wife sees no reason to wait once Halloween is finished). :)

You said tree... we have 4 treeS up already and another ordered to be picked up this weekend (seems the one in my daughter’s bedroom needed to be replaced this year). Don’t let this single event fool you, my wife also has zero interest in watches, this was merely a token of love to appease me. ::love::

I love the trees! (so long as my role begins and ends with taking the trees out of storage and setting them up) ::psy::
