I know the sentiment on OF not having a Service center polish their watches (mostly vintage) and it's not that my TH is to be considered vintage, but I'm very pleased with the result.

If it were an Omega maybe I would think differently but this watch is 20 years old and at the time I paid €1K for the watch.

See below before and after pics, they also replaced the hands from tritium (never knew it is a tritium dial till today) to luminova but I got all original parts returned.

They did a great job. If you wear it, why not have it looking nice.

Well it was my first watch 20 years ago, it now is my go-to for vacation as I have a Carrera 360 (my avatar) and the A11 50SS in rotation as daily beaters. Nevertheless I wouldn't have left it unpolished.
