I am trying to find the name and value of my Omega De Ville watch. The reference number is ST 1962432, the serial number is 55439929.
The watch was offered to me 15 years ago and has been stolen yesterday ... I have to declare a value to the insurance company within 2 days...

The name is Omega Deville model ST1962432. No other name.

Price is harder. For insurance purposes, often the valuation is what it would cost to buy a similar item brand new. What is the entry level Deville cost these days?

 

I don't know. I have found on the web (http://www.chrono24.fr/omega/deville-quartz--id3292583.htm) this image of an Omega Deville quartz which looks like (mine was stainless steel) : apparently around ~1700 € ?

I wouldn't use a Quartz watch as a comparator, unless your old one was Quartz? And I assume it wasn't.

 

I had it repaired earlier this year and I have a paper with indication " 1532 movement" : I think it is a quartz , can you confirm ?

 

Yep, that's Quartz. How old was the watch?

 

It was purchased end 1998 or beginning of 1999
