Absolutely stunning, what beautiful condition after all these years. I'd be thrilled enough with the one you had already. Good work and enjoyed drooling over the pics.

Finally got round to resizing the bracelet - wearing it for first time today!

It really feels different to my other one (exacty same model) - the colours are deeper, the irridescence on the dial more noticeable and beautiful, and the metals parts, including the numerals, are more shiny. Overall this one feels more luxurious, the other more sporty.

Still don't intend to wear it lol

This is on my list for the longest time. Enjoy it/them as the Yachting is truly a special watch.

One of my favorite vintage Omega chronographs The color palette of the dial & hands is truly amazing and that goes for the multiple brushed/polished case surfaces as well.

An older picture of mine. There aren't so many left out there nowadays...

Killer watch...😉

Hello, although this post is quite old I came across it while I'm looking for the correct bracelet for a Yachting 176.010 (production 1973). I couldn't really find any info. It's much easier for a Speedmaster.

Could anyone give me a Ref. # for the bracelet and end links? I'm actually looking for the ones that might have been used in 1973.

Although the Extract of the Archives says "Corfam Strap" I guess it's almost impossible to get those. So I see more chances in the bracelet.
I would also welcome any feedback on the Corfam.

Thanks for your help!

Hi, from what i can remember you should look for a ref. 1162 bracelet with ref. 172 endpieces. This is actually the same bracelet that was used in the cal. 911 Flightmasters (ref. 145.026 & 145.036).
Hope that helped.

After many years looking at watches I cannot remember seeing one of these. That is a very interesting and very nice dial.

That's a joyously delicious timepiece you've taken care of, congratulations.

But tell me, is there a way to move the elapsed minute hand to the start of the TEN or FIVE minute start countdown sequences, or is there a "quick reset" facility for general recalls?

I found and saved these photos ( aplogies to owners for posting them here) when i was lusting after one of these

there was also what looks to be a leather or corfam strap, and a rubber option as well as the 1162 bracelet

Hi, only just saw this, for some reason I wasn't "following" the thread. I dont think so, it seems to run like a normal timer...
