After a search for about 6 months, I now own a 1964 pie pan (168.005).

    - Original unpolished dial with right hands
    - Original case. Been polished but very lightly so all the curves and facets are basically untouched
    - Original caseback and movement cal. 564
    - 10 faceted crown is Omega original but not right for this reference (18k) whereas the case is 14k
    - Crystal does not have signed omega logo

Overall, am happy with this purchase as the dial condition is phenomenal.

Big thanks to Desmond from omega constellation collectors blog for assisting with my queries.

Watch was purchased from Sao @ Quality Vintage Timepieces. A very pleasant guy to deal with.

Need photos of the back and movement, or it doesn't really exist.
