    Hi guys, I joined this forum initially to find information on the 2503.33.00 white/blue 2500 aqua terra. It's not much to some of you but for me it's plenty of watch to keep me satisfied for quite a while. I just wanted to thank everyone for the help and brotherhood. It's great to be here! I posted a WTB ad here and on watchuseek. Got a message from a gentleman on watchuseek two days later and figured out a deal.

    Enjoy some pics ::jumpy::

    thank you! I think you would enjoy it. I saw your post about looking for a SMP on ebay. I would maybe look at one with the sword hands and electric blue if you like blue watches. I have one and it's pretty cool, here's a pic, don't know the reference # off the top of my head but IMO (maybe unpopular opinion, idk) I like this one better than the bond models. It has the Omega 1120 movement which has been great for me, it's off at Archer's right now for a spa day 2013-11-24 20.43.07.jpg

    I love blue hands and the 2503.33 was the first AT that attracted me when I started. Lovely watch!

    To the OP: congratulations on your AT! That is an absolutely gorgeous watch!

    Fusion, so you're the one with the electric blue off at Archer's! The reference # of yours is the same as mine, 2055.80. :) I agree that it's one of the best SMPs Omega has made.

    Yeah that's me :) how did you know he had one in for service? Thanks for the complement. Here's one more, I find the blue is best seen from behind the wheel :)

    Gorgeous pic! The reason I know Archer has one for service is because I recently posted my "incoming" thread for my electric blue and he mentioned that he had one in for service right now. :) This is my 3rd 2055.80 actually, lol -- for some reason I keep buying them right before I acquire a grail, and then I have to sell it to pay for the grail! Hopefully the third time is the charm? :p Still need to take this one to the Boutique for inspection, timegraphing, water resistance testing, etc. to see if it'll need service soon. Thinking about doing the PO second hand mod, too, at service time, but haven't decided yet.

    Here's a pic, since I'm wearing it today:

    Very nice! thanks for the shot. I'll be holding onto mine as it was my first Omega. I wore that thing every day for over a year. Even to bed. I can't wait to get it back! Did your bezels on your three (lol) SMP's become really loose over time? My father has the same watch in black and both of our watches needed a new bezel spring. Badly.

    People seem very split on the Electric blue SMP. Personally I'm with you two and love mine, a Ref. 2255.80, only difference is the bracelet...

    I haven't had a loose bezel; all 3 of mine (all purchased used) have actually been very tight, perhaps due to cruft from previous owners. When I take this one to the Boutique, I'll have the Boutique Technician remove the bezel and decruftify it if necessary.

    It's always the Aqua Terras that people going crazy, I'm fed up of seeing stunning, understated, accurate, beautiful Aqua Terras all over the place. Don't get me looking for one as well.
    They are one seriously nice looking watch and a future classic.

    I wouldn't say it may not be much...it's a nice piece and one that I personally haven't seen too often. Good to see somebody going with a little change up in the AT line. Cheers and congrats! :)

    Actually both bezel springs (the spring that holds the bezel on) were fine, but both did need new bezel click springs.

    Cheers, Al
