With the day date, central seconds, 24 hr counter, and automatic movement, the sheer utility of the Omega 1045 is unmatched. Coupled with the 1450 bracelet, we have a truly comfortable as well as wearable combination. When traveling, one may readily use the 24 and 12 hour counters as a second time zone, essentially serving as a built-in GMT function.

The question is, as a daily wearer, surviving in this brutal and rough world that we live in, how is it possible that a Grail owner goes back to wearing a non-Grail? This watch has the comfort, utility, history, and the prestige!

I suppose a strong case can be made for showering or swimming. In either of those situations, a modern Rolex Submariner or Seamaster is clearly superior. However, in non-water situations, I don't believe a better choice exists. Cheers!

Most of us here own many nicer watches that we wear every day.
My 2 questions are if you love with your watch so much and don't want/need another, which is perfectly fine, what are you doing here and why are you posting ? Do you have a Facebook page full of wrist shots too ?
