Hi all, I've been looking for a decent 321 Speedmaster and recently came across this 105.012-66 CB. The serial number is 2544xxxx. Before I take the plunge I was hoping for some feedback. To my novice eyes the following are issues:

1) crown is a service replacement
2) are the pushers correct?
3) case has been polished as the CB facets are not prominent
4) the dial's lume have dirty spots
5) hands have dirty spots
6) bezel scratched and some dents
7) incorrect bracelet
8) it will need a movement service

It's being offered at $6250 USD. I am not looking for a collector grade piece as I will wear the watch frequently. I humbly ask for opinions on if this piece is worthwhile or I should wait for a better example. Thank you all in advance.

I think that case is polished way far bad for the price (actually even if the price were better) but maybe that is just me.

For a CB-66, you really want to have the facets. This one doesn't even look like it ever had the them.

I would consider this a strong pass - for reasons given above, in addition to others.

Not sure I agree with others so far. Yes it has been polished but I cen see the CB facets on your first pic. I think otherwise the dial looks rather decent and the don90 is also in moderately good shape. The hands seem original, pushers are correct but may be replacements and yes crown is replaced. As a daily wear, I think this is a nice one if you can get the price down into the 5k zone.

Thanks for the feedback everybody. I think I will hold off on this watch for now. It seems 105.012s at a lower price are rare to come by right now.
