My apologies for breaking numerous etiquette rules when posting yesterday. It was my first time. Please allow me a second chance. My name is Paul, and this is my 145.022 69 sT. Dad purchased it new for a bit under $200! I am requesting honest assessments of it's cosmetic condition. It runs but needs a routine SVC. Power reserve only about 20 hours currently. Sorry in advance for pic quality. I'm doing all of this on a phone.

Looks fine to me. Hands possibly replaced at some point, but hard to be sure from those photos.

Looks very nice. The bezel is quite valuable in that condition.

would be good to have the caseback opened and see if you see any service marks.

the hands are the only question mark ❓ but it wouldn’t be a huge issue to source some correct ones.

are you looking to sell it or keep it and wear it?

Looks really nice, Paul.

That watch is in very good condition, the lume plots on the dial have patinated to a beautiful cream color. The DON is in excellent condition, the case looks unpolished to my eyes and from the limited pics, looks like a 1039 bracelet. All of the mentioned adds a quite bit of value to your Dad's watch.

I'd get it serviced by a reputable watchmaker (don't let them replace any parts or polish the case) and wear it proudly, it has truly been well preserved.

My apologies for breaking numerous etiquette rules when posting yesterday.

I have read a lot of first posts here on the forum which were worse by far so don't worry! 😀

Very, very nice example. As others have noted, I believe that the hands are superluminova service replacements, but the rest of the watch looks original and well preserved. If you want to return the watch to its fully original condition, you’ll need to source a set of tritium hands and, unfortunately, they aren’t cheap to come by. Make sure that you take the watch to a competent independent watchmaker with an Omega parts account and experience servicing vintage Omegas. Request a movement service only along with an ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet. No polishing! Wear it in good health.
