    We’re talking to IBM’s people about some of the instability we’ve been feeling the last 24 hours, with the amount they’re charging us they should hopefully find a very rapid solution. Sorry for any inconvenience folks.

    My company uses a lot of IBM. Huge availability problems. Proprietary monolithic solutions that are difficult to keep up. Good luck!

    They're responding to our support requests very slowly, at this rate we might do a whip around and see if we can pay to send Dennis down to their Dallas datacenter to yell at them from the parking lot until they get their stuff sorted. 3 years solid uptime before this (1096 days), but you're only as good as your last outage.

    I think we're getting to the bottom of it eventually, definitely let me know when you're in bris, trev never makes it up from the GC but I'll be in the CBD
