From what i could find online , it is a diver's watch?but this one has a date as well. It does lights up like a christmas tree :)) possibly a relume .The crown is missing and the movement is loose inside the case ... I cannot open the back .
I really like it and i would like to know more about it if the great community here wants to share...
    Thank you

Definite relume, and not a true diver's watch in any respect. Favre Leuba did make a superb diver in the '60s called the "Deep Blue".

The problem with the Sea Chief, and other more common models produced by F-L during that period, is that there were a huge number sold in India. That, in turn, has led to a very large number of cheap, redialed and/or reconditioned examples coming to market, and, in a sense, sowing confusion. Favre-Leuba made some nice mid-range watches, like the Sea Chief, but it is not so easy to find good original examples.

The entire dial is redone here in a Railmaster kind of fashion -- a favorite of (Far) Eastern re-diallers, I've observed. As far as I've seen, F-L never actually made these Railmaster dials themselves
