The "Girl Watcher" magazine? If you look closely you'll see the magazine is dated 1959, making the girl somewhere in her late 70s by now, give or take.

 

That girl was Photoshopped onto the picture in the OP. It's Megan Fox (the actress).

 

Yeah, I didn't know what Megan Fox looked like, but by the hair and clothing style I knew that wasn't a 1959 actress/model/celebrity.
