··LemaniacFrom my private collection here is an Omega classic ref CK2622-2 HW Caliber 265 1949/50 with a very special black dial.
It dates to around 1949/50 based on movement serial number 12083627.
The watch is in a fantastic condition for its age. The black dial and the original/unrestored hands really set this one apart. There is one small spot (I tried to make it show up on the pictures) in the 8 o’clock position close to the center; otherwise the dial is close to perfect.
The watch is running well and keeping good time.
Case: Excellent condition, with only very minor marks. Good sharp edges.
It measures 35mm in diameter without crown. 18mm lug width.
Caseback: Perfect looking screw-down type.
Movement: Clean caliber 265. Running well. I have no service history for the watch, and a service is recommended if one intends to use it on a frequent basis.
Dial: Very nicely preserved black dial with radium hour markers. Original (no redial). See pictures for condition. Small spot at the 8 o’clock position as shown on the pictures.
Hands: Original (unrestored). See pictures for condition.
Crystal: New replacement (unsigned).
Crown: Correct and signed.
Strap: Good condition, brown genuine leather strap with unsigned stainless steel buckle.
Price: EUR525 + shipment at cost. OBRO
Shipment: The watch and I are located in Norway. I will be helpful to assist in keeping import taxes at reasonable levels. Shipments may also be arranged from within the European Union (will normally be possible about once every 14-days). Only tracked shipments accepted from my side.
