I received the watch and yes, it is fake. Asking for a refund.

India classics =) i sometimes wonder why not start their own renegade Independant brand a kinda future cult classic you know MUDU style... surely it would be more rewarding than bashing together dodgy watches they could get super creative! you know some of those dials aint even that bad. Oh well....

This one is horrible. Seller gave me refund right away and didn't even want the watch back.

By the way, how do I move or delete this topic?

No moving or deleting unless the Powers That Be deem it to be justified. Their powers are mysterious and beyond the understanding of lesser mortals.

Some of them have gained their influence by years of contemplation and study at monastic retreats in the Swiss Alps, others by unnatural congress with squirrels :p

While I agree the watch is a horrible franken, the movement is genuine, probably a Tissot 2381 or similar which is a rebranded ETA2671.

Why would any Chinese manufacturer go to the trouble of manufacturing a movement, spotfacing a rotor and inserting an obscure Tissot movement number decal?

No, not funny. I was asking a simple question to see how you arrived at your conclusion.

Assuming you know the difference between a franken and an outright fake/replica/counterfeit I was trying to find out what your indicators were (aside from the awful dial).

I still vote for franken unless anybody can convince me otherwise.
