    Can't tell much from the photos. I think the case and hands look correct for the 1940's as the listing implies.

    I would need to see more detail of the dial and also a pic of the movement. A case reference number would be helpful as well.

    Cheers gatorcpa, I've decided against that one and am thinking of this, any thoughts on whether it is authentic?

    Yes, its quite authentic and looks like its in nice condition too.

    Was the SWISS MADE that wide apart on that model? That seems fishy to me.

    I think so. Dial looks good.

    Not a particularly expensive or collectible model. Just a good solid Omega.
