The watch probably would have come with a strap; the bracelet would have been an upgrade. Google the code number you have on the bracelet clasp to get your question answered.

Prices for Constellations are generally slightly higher in the UK but for price comparison:
a very similar watch sold at auction in the UK in Nov
better condition dial and B&P but without a BOR
£1100 all in (which I thought was a little too expensive at the time but immediately regretted not buying it)

a couple of things not mentioned so far on the OP watch are:
the hands - black inlay -but dial has lume
rotor has been rubbing - so get the watch serviced if it hasn't been serviced already

so - agreed that US1300 is a little over the top for the OP watch but it does have the BOR bracelet
