    Hi All,
I recently purchased this Omega Seamaster Cosmic on Ebay. I am going to use it as more of a daily driver to avoid wearing my grandfather's Seamaster De Luxe OT 2802 I inherited some years ago.

Is anyone able to verify if it's all authentic/genuine? He claims the dial has never been refinished/redone. Does that look right?

Does anyone have any opinions or feedback on the Seamaster Cosmics?

    All round nice watch.
I would say the sellers claims are true.
If you were performing a redial you wouldn’t want to replicate this dial layout. :)

Not sure why, but they are kind of considered the "ugly stepchild" of the many Omega lines. This one, at least IMO, would be an exception because of the "scientific" type dial. Also, given the condition and recent service, I think the price was reasonable. Congratulations!

Seamaster Cosmic is actually the first vintage Omega I purchased nearly twenty years ago and I still have it.
