I'm quite shure these are fakes, never seen a BOR like this before...

Did you even read the description?

Seller indicated that it's a "replacement" of "substitution" which to my interpretation means that they are not passing it off as original Omega.

And don't get me started on whether it's "fake" or not, or else half of the restored cars in the world have "fake" panels or "fake" parts.

I think its very unclear int not genuine Omega. The title says:
"Omega Rice Bead Watch Mens Stainless Steel Strap, Curved Lugs, 18mm.NEW."
Under brand it says: "Omega" Witch is not true.

I think it should be stated clear that its not Omega.

Your interpretation may not be the same as others.

The problem is they are using Omega's trademark without their permission.

And eBay agrees, since they have been removed after I reported them.

    Exactly.

And I would be quite happy to buy and wear a "blank" BOR bracelet being sold as such without the Ω symbol or markings.

But they wouldn't make as much money doing that would they.
